Charming Stay with Wonderful Amenities!

continental breakfast amazing staircase

The hotel boasts a morning continental breakfast. It included fruit and pastries. I enjoyed the evening wine and cheese, what a treat after exploring. The hotel provided a coffee and tea station in the lounge, it was very convenient. The staircase was amazing, encouraging stair use!

I experienced a slight delay retrieving my car from valet parking, what a bummer. It took about 20 minutes, so plan ahead if you are in a rush.

The staff were nice and helpful throughout my stay. The location is central. Many stores and places to eat are nearby. It is an older building, but it maintains a clean atmosphere and feel.

The valet parking took a long time. I waited 45 minutes for my car. It was inconvenient because they also service multiple businesses.

the staff was very helpful with storing my luggage. they also called a taxi for me. the room was clean and quiet, i appreciated that it had everything i needed.

the windows would not open enough. there was no air conditioning in the room. the bed was lumpy and too soft for me. breakfast was disappointing, with only processed food available.

the lobby has a historic charm with chandeliers and nice pictures. our room was a good size with a comfortable bed (i found the duvet very cozy). the bathroom included a historic cabinet, and everything was clean. i enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese in the evening, a good touch to unwind after a day.

i noticed the street noise due to the single-pane windows.

separate bedroom queen bed full kitchen

the suite included a separate bedroom. two queen beds plus a murphy bed in the living room suited my needs perfectly. a full kitchen was very useful. the staff displayed kindness, from the front desk to the housekeepers.

street noise was quite noticeable due to single-pane windows. i also heard sirens during the night. it was a bit disruptive
